CORPORATE REAL ESTATE : Became a key element of our company marketing strategy as the tides changed with a fledgling market in 2008 shortly after we launched in 2007. Today, there is still a significant inventory of distressed properties, that need to be managed and restored to the rotation of marketable homes and titles, in order to keep the Real Estate market and our Economy stabilized. You will see these homes often marketed as REO/Bank Owned, or Foreclosure. They generally mean the same thing, and undergo a long legal process, prior to our taking over physical responsibility to maintain and manage the properties, and see them through back to the retail market. FREDDIE MAC HOMESTEPS : We have been servicing the Freddie Mac network since 2014. Through Homesteps, our portfolio grew to include a large variety of homes across the state of Maryland, including Prince Georges, Montgomery, Anne Arundel, Kent, Charles, Queen Anne and more. Services rendered through this contract include property management and inspection throughout the redemption period; coordinating Cash for Keys, Lockouts and Trashouts as needed, BPO's, MSR, Utility/HOA Management, Overseeing the Repair Process and Recommending a Market Strategy, Listing to Closing Marketing and Management. 

SAGE ACQUISITIONS (HUD) : Is the Asset Manager for HUD Foreclosures. In Maryland our area is considered 5P. We have been servicing the Sage network since 2016. Our HUD portfolio included a series of homes right in our immediate area of Bowie, and other Prince Georges County communities, but also has taken us as far as North Beach,  and Frederick Counties. The scope of service provided generally entailed BPO's, MSR's  bi-weekly inspections, community outreach and education about the opportunities to buy and sell HUD homes, and Listing to Closing Marketing and Management. *June is Homeownership month and right now HUD is offering a $100 Down Incentive for Buyers with FHA financing on offers accepted through the month of June. VENDOR RESOURCE MANAGEMENT (VRM VA HOMES) : Is the Asset Manager for Department of Veteran Affairs Foreclosure actions. We have been servicing the VRM network since 2009 managing homes throughout the greater Metropolitan area, and beyond. Services rendered through this contract include Preservation, LockOuts, Cash for Keys, Inspections, HOA, Utility Management, Oversee Repairs and Provide BPO's prior to Listing to Close Marketing and Management.
