Desiree Callender is the broker/owner of Desiree Callender & Associates, Realtors. She has been a full time Realtor for 28 years. Prior to starting her own company in March of 2007, she was affiliated with RE/Max International Realtors for eighteen years, where she developed and maximized her real estate career. Desiree’s unique marketing technique and negotiating skills have set her apart, led to a high percentage of repeat business and placed her in the number 1 position in her prior office for 10 consecutive years. She has received several of the highest annual production awards offered by Re/Max and the Prince Georges County Association of Realtors along with their top career awards to include the distinguished PGCAR Hall of Fame, RE/Max Hall of Fame and RE/Max Lifetime Achievement award. Desiree was recognized as one of the top five agents in Re/Max Central Atlantic region on several occassions and by the Prince George’s County Association of Realtors as the #1 agent in Prince George’s County. Desiree sees herself as a partner with her clients and focuses on strategy that helps sellers to maximize value and buyers to make informed decisions. She has a proven track record of success, was elected and served on the PGCAR Board of Directors for two terms, is a member of the political task force and is currently serving on the grievance committee as co-chair. Desiree Callender has closed well over 1000 successful transactions, is detailed oriented, committed and looks for opportunity to contribute her Knowledge, Experience and Wisdom to assist in the stabilization of the industry she has enjoyed for the last 28 years.
