Annette Freeman
Annette Freeman is the Accountant at Desiree Callender & Associates, Realtors. Annette graduated from Delaware State University with a double major in Accounting and Business management. Her responsibilities at DCARealtors includes the up keeping of the company trust accounts, reconciliation of all bank accounts while handling the accounts payable and receivable. Prior to her affiliation with DCARealtors, Annette had been the account manager with RE/Max Professionals Realtors for 8 years.
Nicole Thompson
Nicole Thompson is an honors graduate of Hood College in Frederick, MD. She received her BA in Law and Society/Political Science with a minor in business management. Following post-graduation, Nicole was employed as an executive assistant for Freeman & Freeman, LLC legal firm. Nicole is persuing her Master’s degree at Howard University in International Relations. At Desiree Callender & Assiciates, Realtors (DCAR), Nicole is responsible for accurately maintaining all files, assist the REO manager with all REO Task from assignment of asset to close of transaction. Nicole's administrative duties are extensive, she enjoyes what she does and is committed and dedicated.

Adrian Arthur
Adrian Arthur is a graduate of the University of Maryland Baltimore County with a BA in Health Administration and Public Policy and a minor in Marketing. Following his graduation he was a Radiology Admintrative Assistant at Howard University Hospital. Working as an Administrative Assistant allowed Adrian to illustrate his creative attributes as well as practice his organizational skills so that he could carry them on to future endeavors. Now, as a "TEAM" member of Desiree Callender and Associates, Realtors (DCAR), he carries the title of "On Line Marketing Specialist". He is directly involved in online marketing, maintaining the company website and social media such as Facebook, LinkenIn, Twitter and blog.

Your real estate agent has just brought you an offer on your home, and you want to think about it. You would like your agent to contact the other people who have shown an interest in your home. Whether your home has been listed for three days or three months, there is always a desire to hold out for a better offer, and sellers can feel considerable resistance to making a decision.
Some buyers will include in the offer a deadline for getting a response, but the seller should respond to an offer quickly even if a deadline is not specified. The interval between when an offer is submitted and when a response is made is a crucial period because the buyers are free to withdraw from the transaction during this time. Even though they are mentally landscaping your yard and arranging their things in your rooms, they may also be afraid that they will get the house, and are, therefore, extremely vulnerable to buyers' remorse.
